We are looking forward to getting your letters!
Hi Beate,
Good to see you at the GSD rally at Par. Hope you had a good day and made lots of new contacts. I got another bag of food from Walter Bailey today so the service is working well! I have also put two new customers on to your product and they should be buying it from The Horse Box. Should you have any leaflets to spare please send them to me as I have none.
Since feeding two of my dogs on your food since Easter I must say that they are both doing well. I wondered if it was worth while putting my Whippet on it but there has been a marked improvement in his mobility. He had a very expensive limp that scans and xrays failed to find out the problem. He had taken painkillers etc. from the vet, which I am not keen to give.Since changing his food there have been no visits to the vet, no painkillers and no limp, magic!
My GSD, Kayna , that you have met, was having big problems with what turned out to be, probably, a trapped nerve. She was my priority and I was very afraid of her getting limb problems at such a young age and as you have GSD's and spoke so highly of the food I thought I must feed it to her. She has recovered from her leg problem and has had no reoccurance. Fortunatly neither has she had to take any pills, as recommended by the vet. She is quite a bit calmer than before and full of bounce when needs to be.
Hope you are well and selling lots.

From the age of 12 months Tillie my Working Cocker Spaniel started to suffer from dry skin which in turn made her coat look dull and it felt fuzzy. It was almost like she never lost her puppy hair. After several visits to the vets and trying all sorts of lotions and potions Keith gave her a bottle of Lupoderm after one of our training sessions. At the time I wasn't convinced and just thought it was another thing to fail with but nevertheless I stuck with and am now so glad I did. Her coat is amazing, it feels so soft and looks amazingly shiny, everyone we meet comments on it especially those her haven't seen her for a while. It's a great product and she only needs a teaspoon a day so it is also cost effective too. I'm glad I spent all that time moaning to Keith about her coat, I could still be wasting money on different oils and additives instead of all that I know have this beautiful and soft spaniel.
Tillie is so worth it!

Claire Coyer, The Haselmere Pet Company, says...
I’m not a huge fan of giving supplements just for the sake of it, as I believe that a dog should get everything he needs from a properly balanced and wholesome diet. That said, certain conditions can be supported and/or improved by the addition of a suitable supplement. As you can image, owning a pet store, I get loads of free samples. While the vast majority end up in the bin, I do try those that I believe are safe and may benefit my boys.
LupoSan Joint Power Pellets (30 per cent):
This is my new secret weapon in the ongoing battle for James’ back health. I was a bit hesitant to try them, as James can’t tolerate any of the high-strength mainstream joint supplements (barf city, and I don’t mean the diet!), and he also has bad reactions to prescriptions. However, desperate to give James all the support I can, I tried them. He only gets a tiny amount, so the pot lasts for ages, and, one week later, his massage therapist asked if I was doing anything different, as he seemed a bit “looser”. I told her about the supplement, but we both decided it was too early to have any improvement. Fast forward two weeks to our next appointment and his therapist couldn’t believe the improvement in his movement. He’s also keeping up with Patch, and is more eager to play. It’s like I’ve got my old dog back. I can’t recommend them enough - especially for dogs with sensitive tummies.
WELL DONE LUPOSAN
Hi Beate,
Imba is improving.
Last weekend we didn't mean to but ended up at Littlehampton. We were going to a follow up appointment with the veterinary surgeon and saw a signpost that Bognor was only 30 miles away so as it was a beautiful day and a friend had recommended Littlehampton (which was closer) for dogs we went there. Imba loved swimming in the sea. I really think that Luposan has played a great part in her recovery.
Hope all is well with you and your animals and family and that you are able to relax and have some time for yourself.
Best Wishes and many thanks,
Sylvie and Imba

Great results with Luposan joint power in a GSD training club in the west country
Hi Beate,
I hear from Charlie, Zoe’s partner, that you are to supply Wilson with Luposan.
It is very important as his hind movement due possibly to long ligaments is suspect.
Their vet was all for x raying but I have dissuaded them from going down that route until at least 13 months. He swam for the first time to day.
Dempsy had an elbow limp at seven months, since then he has been on Luposan, now he moves as sound as a bell. His hip score is 4 + 3, elbows 0.
Troy had an accident with his tail implicating connective tissue and nerves causing his tail to be lifeless. Bristol Vet. College said nothing could be done, after four weeks of Luposan he can now lift his tail. It may be nerve regeneration but I am sure Luposan has helped.

Darcy has been in pain, I was worried lest it was C.D.R.M. as there was excessive sway (ataxia) and she could not place her back feet properly. In jumping, which I never do unless into the back of the car, (for now I have a flat topped stool to place as a step) she does not push off as strongly as she should do on her left back foot.
Please will you send Luposan for her also.

Riko has x rayed very well, and we await his scores with confidence. Hope my eye is still in. Of interest both he and Troy whose scores are excellent were kept on Luposan throughout their growing period. Both showed evidence of loose ligaments.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I came across your selection of products after reading an insert in an animal magazine located in a DIY store. I have two German Shepherds (9 and 6 years old) who I regularly train as part of the German Shepherd Club and who are extremely successful. My youngest one is also an active exhibition dog who has been awarded the title "first-rate". There is only a problem during the annual moulting season, which usually falls upon the main exhibition season. I have already tried numerous products by other manufacturers, often recommended by my vet, all promising the same thing - rapid grooming, shorter moulting times, shiny fur etc. Unfortunately, this was not the case - moulting, often associated with split ends, took time and I was forced to miss some of the summer shows. I gave Lupoderm a try this year, let's say as a "next" hope, and I have to say that your promises hold true as far as my dog is concerned. You could see the difference in my dog's fur from day to day, how the split ends on his withers disappeared and how the hair gained a certain shine. Of course, Lupoderm is no miracle cure, it's not yet noticeable all over his fur, but it is the first time that a product has delivered on what it promised. So I would like to say thank you. I am also testing Luposan Gelekkraft prophylaktisch on my nine-year-old, who is still very active and seems to be profiting from the product, judging by the look in his eyes. I hope this will be the case for a long time yet.
Best regards,
Mrs. Lemke
To all the folks at Luposan,
Let me just introduce myself. My name's Bonny, I'm a young Rottweiler bitch and am doing really well thanks to your Gelekkraft powder. I just wanted to let you know that that's some great stuff you've developed for me (and my buddies)! It's not just delicious and good for me - says my master - it's also a great toy. But I only get it if it's empty. Doesn't matter though, because my master always gets a new supply in on time, because nothing comes between me and my Luposan ! But enough of that - Lupoderm also recently came out. That's delicious too, even if my master does have trouble with getting the right dosage from the drip-free bottle. So that you can get an idea of how well I've developed thanks to your great products (on August 17 I'm going to be two years young), here are two photos.
Yours pawsonelly, Bonny
